Fires when a payment is recorded on an existing bill — credit settlements and any payment taken after the sale. Payments taken while creating a bill do not fire this event (the sale rides on bill.created). data.settled_bill is true when this payment brought the bill's outstanding to zero — the moment a receivable clears.

Any 2xx acknowledges the delivery. Anything else — including timeouts (Ewity waits at most 15 s) — is retried after 1, 4 and 8 minutes with the same delivery id; dedupe on it. An endpoint failing most of its deliveries over a sustained window is automatically disabled and the developers are emailed; re-enable it from the portal's Webhooks tab.
