this page exists only for docs grouping. Identify the event by the
X-Eventheader.
Legacy event, delivered without the envelope (raw payload +
X-Event header + platform-key bearer). Only endpoints migrated from
the pre-Apps webhook system receive this format.
Fires when an order stuck in review-requested is due a customer
reminder; the body is the full public order payload. Its modern
envelope twin is order.review_reminder (identical payload as
the envelope's data) — new integrations should subscribe to the
twin.
