Set Stock Count Variants

https://api.ewitypos.com/apps-v1/inventories/stock-counts//variants

Replaces the full set of lines on the stock count with the given variants and counted quantities — lines for variants missing from the payload are deleted. Batch products must include per-batch counts. Requires the Update Stock Count permission on the location.
