Delete Customer

https://api.ewitypos.com/apps-v1/customers/

Deletes a customer. Requires the p/d-customer permission. Fails with 400 BAD_REQUEST if the customer has an outstanding balance, or is enrolled in a loyalty program with a non-zero points balance.
