Customer-side transitions only. Most forward transitions (acceptance,
fulfillment) happen merchant-side and are not reachable through this
endpoint.
Allowed transitions depend on the order's current state and are
reflected in data.extra.customer_next_states on the order details
response. A 400 is returned for any transition not in that list.
