Creates a new draft purchase order copying the source PO's supplier, location, remarks, currency and landed costs. Lines are recreated in each variant's default unit at its current standard cost, not the source PO's line cost. Any status (including cancelled) can be duplicated, even a PO with no lines. Requires the create-purchase-orders permission at the location.
