X-Eventheader.
Legacy event, delivered without the envelope (raw payload +
X-Event header + platform-key bearer). Only endpoints migrated from
the pre-Apps webhook system receive this format.
Fires when a previously-offline online location comes back online.
Its modern envelope twin is store.turned_on (identical payload
as the envelope's data) — new integrations should subscribe to the
twin.
