Issues stock from the source location against the transfer's lines, moving inventory to the destination and recording a transfer issue (TI number). Partial quantities leave the transfer partially-received; issuing everything closes it. Serialized lines need serials, batch lines need batches. Requires the Issue Transfer permission on the source location. When the company requires transfer approval the transfer must be approved first; otherwise drafts are received directly.
