Adjust Cost Price

https://api.ewitypos.com/apps-v1/inventories/stocks//changes/cost-price

Revalues the on-hand units of a stock record to a new cost price (recorded as an out/in adjustment pair at the old and new cost). Quantity is unchanged. Requires the Create Stock Adjustment permission on the stock's location.
