Update Customer

Updates a customer. Requires the p/u-customer permission. Only fields present in the request are changed. credit_limit is applied only when the app also holds the p/credit-limit-customer permission, and passport only when the company's passport-scanning setting is enabled. Changing mobile re-checks the unique-mobile rule.
